Interactive Avatar terminates websocket connection after 5 minutes

Hey - I'm experiencing an issue when the Interactive Avatar websocket terminates after 5 minutes.

This has only started happening recently.

After 5 minutes, I get:

WebSocket is already in CLOSING or CLOSED state.

I'm on a Scale Paid Plan.

I have disabled idle timeout = false

The websocket is closing even when I have an active conversation.
