Hi all - I'm looking for experiences with using the Interactive Avatar in different languages.

90% of our users speak to Avatar in English.

We've just added the ability to speak in a few different languages. It's really hard for me to test this as I only speak English!

Quite a few of our test users say that when they speak to the avatar in Spanish, for example, the avatar does not respond. However, when I test it and say "Hola," it responds.

I'm wondering if there is an issue with strong accents, pronunciation or something else?

I'm curious to connect with other builders with Interactive Avatar production solutions that run in different languages.

A few questions:

• What STT provider have you found best? Deepgram? Gladia? Other?
• How are you testing different languages?
• What languages perform the best? Are there any languages that have not worked for you? (For example, I think Gladia supports Arabic, but Deepgram doesn't)

It would be great to connect with any other Interactive Avatar builders to share experiences on this topic!
