Customizing use of OpenAI: prompts, assistants, files

Quick questions:

  1. How do I add a system prompt for openAi here?
  2. Can I integrate with OpenAi Assistants & OpenAi (assistant with filesearch, for example)?

I searched high & low for this documentation.
