Hello I'm facing some issue while loading heygen avatar. I'm using this avatar in my project, making it to speak the text, basically like a speech to text. Sometimes it gives error that POST request error (BAD REQUEST), But other time it runs properly. Don't know why is this happening, Can anyone help me with this issue.

If I make a new account and use that API it will load at first time but if I refersh the page it gives the same error.
In network tab it is showing -

code: 10007, message: "Concurrent limit reached, please upgrade your plan for formal usage."}

But I have used it one time. So please help me reslove this issue.
