Hi,

I’m trying to create a video with captions using the Heygen API by setting "caption": true.
However, in the resulting video, no captions appear.

In the API response for this video, the "caption_url" field is empty ("caption_url": ""), and "video_url_caption" is set to null.

On the video page on the website, the script block is also empty — although the avatar is speaking the provided text.

Could you please help me understand why the captions are missing?
