html changes to code created by interactive avatars

I know nothing about html code. I tried to follow the amendments kindly suggested by support but I'm out of my depth. I need someone to give me a cost for the following, please.

As you are aware the code output copied from an interactive avatar produces a floating video in a circular form. I need the code changed so that it produces a fixed rectangular video in the body of the web page just like any other video. I would need to know the exact changes made, in detail, so that I can apply those changes to the code of any interactive video.
