How to add pauses (1s, 2s, 5s...) to the input_text when create Avatar Video using API

Hi team, I can not figure how to add pauses (1s, 2s, 5s...) to the input_text when create Avatar Video using API, in some other platform, it uses format [pause 1s]... but don't know how to do this with Heygen, can you please help with this?
