My use case is for a single avatar (say Shawn_Therapist_public) to interact at multiple points in the course. At each point, I needs to open with a different line. For example at his first POC, he needs to say "Hi, Im Shawn. What should I call you?" the Knowledge Base he should use is "Leadership Vibes." At the second POC, he needs to say "It looks like you are ready to work on your Action Plan." Here, we need to switch the Knowledge Base to "Action Plan." How do I achieve this?
