Create avatars via the API ?

I’m exploring the Heygen API for a project and wanted to know if it’s possible to create new avatars programmatically via the API. Specifically, can we generate avatars by uploading images or videos through an API request, or is avatar creation limited to the Heygen platform UI?

If API-based avatar creation is supported, could you provide details on the required endpoints, input formats, and any limitations?
