Long response time List Avatars

Hi Team,

I was wondering if there has been any change to the "List All Avatars (V2)" endpoint as requests seem to be taking forever (>40 Seconds). As there is no filter options on this endpoint I was wondering how we could speed up the API endpoint, e.g. receiving a paginated list of avatars?
