Hello! We're using the interactive avatars and they consistently hang at just under 5 minutes. They do this every time, and not when the avatars are idle. We've reset the disableIdleTimeout parameter for good measure, but that hasn't changed anything.

I see that a single credit runs for five minutes, so my guess is that our sessions are getting cut off at one credit for some reason. I don't see anything in the documentation about this, except for a product example that set session duration at a value higher than 300 seconds. So far, this hasn't worked. I'd like to get some validation that this is the right approach before I spend a lot of time debugging and testing that solution.

We have a paid API plan. This has been our consistent experience regardless of plan subscriptions.

Can someone tell me why we're experiencing this, and how to get around it? I saw one person mention this problem during a webinar, but I'm not seeing other posts about it.
