Hi everyone,

I’m encountering an issue when trying to create a simple 5-second video, even though I still have 9.5 credits left on my free account. Every time I attempt to generate the video, I receive a "403 Forbidden" error.

Has anyone else faced this issue? I’ve checked my credits, and everything seems fine, but the error persists. Any help or guidance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!
