ElevenLabs Voice in Heygen Sounds Different! How to Fix This?

Hey everyone,
I'm using Heygen to create AI videos and have successfully cloned my voice with ElevenLabs. The problem is: when I select my ElevenLabs voice as a 3rd party voice in Heygen via API, the output sounds noticeably different from what I get directly from ElevenLabs.
I’ve already:
✅ Matched all Voice Settings (Stability, Clarity + Similarity, etc.)
✅ Tested the same text input on both platforms

🔹 Another issue: Every time I generate a new video, Heygen automatically switches back to its own voice, resetting my settings. I need my custom voice to stay fixed with the same settings for every video.

Yet, the Heygen-generated voice doesn't sound 100% like the ElevenLabs output.
Has anyone faced this issue? Is Heygen processing the voice differently? Any workarounds other than manually uploading the original ElevenLabs audio?

Would love to hear your thoughts! 🚀
