How to set the Optimize Locale when using the HeyGen Create an Avatar Video V2 API

Dear HeyGen

I am currently working on integrating the Avatar Video V2 API into my project and was wondering if it supports the "Optimize Locale" option, similar to the one available on app.heygen.com.

Could you please confirm whether this feature is available in the API? If so, I would appreciate any documentation or guidance on how to enable and use it.
