How to connect with the Enterprise Sales Team?

I have been trying to get on a call with the Enterprise Sales Team for more than a week now. Filled the "Contact Sales" form ( given on the pricing page ) twice so far. But have not been able to get on a call with the team.

The team handling the email communication does not seem to have much knowledge about the product as they've already misguided me to buy a plan that does not serve my purpose.

Wanted to understand if HeyGen has proper tech support or sales team for Enterprise plans or not and how to actually contact them in real.

Because this is really frustrating to get random answers from the support team and getting into an email loop without getting any fruitful result. When all I'm asking is to connect with the sales team.
