I didn't find any reference related to this in the HeyGen's pricing plan page or in the API Documentation page.

So I emailed the HeyGen team ( [email protected] ) and got to know that I can create more than one instant video avatar with the API Pro plan ( 100 credits ).

Then I went ahead to purchase the API plan only to find out that it's showing error when I'm trying to create the second avatar. It's allowing me to go ahead with uploading the sample video and consent, but after that it's showing error. It can be a technical issue as well.

Can you please guide me on this? Like how many avatars are permitted for API plans? And how to avoid the error I'm getting?
