We are using HeyGen avatars for a large kiosk display (1080x1980 resolution). However, when applying the avatar to such a large vertical screen, the video quality appears low.

Is it possible to generate an avatar using a vertically recorded video? We can handle the video rotation ourselves if needed. Please let us know if there is a way to improve the avatar quality for vertical displays.
