I have created a custom knowledge base with an into sentence and prompts following the syntax and tips provided by you in this site: https://labs.heygen.com/interactive-avatar?tab=avatar

It works well when I use the chat button and talk with it on the heygen platform. However while using API and sending the knowlege_base_id as parameter while creating a session, it doesn't work well and doesn't provide relevant answers to the user query from the knowledge base.

Please tell me how I can fix this ASAP
