Hi team,
I have a few questions regarding the Heygen API and its ability to handle various workloads. Would appreciate detailed answers for all plans (Pro, Scale, Enterprise):
- What are the hourly/hourly API call limits for the video generation endpoint across each plan?
- How many concurrent requests are supported and are there specific limits for each plan?
- What is the avg/P90 latency for generating a 2-min video and does this vary by plan?
- Are there any restrictions on total video minutes (other than monthly api credits) that can be processed hourly/daily?
- For the Enterprise plan, are additional features like custom SLAs, higher capacity or priority processing included?
- What happens in the case of failed requests – do retries count against API limits and how is this typically handled?
Is there any guidance or documentation for scaling usage in high-volume scenarios?
