Hi team,

I have a few questions regarding the Heygen API and its ability to handle various workloads. Would appreciate detailed answers for all plans (Pro, Scale, Enterprise):

  1. What are the hourly/hourly API call limits for the video generation endpoint across each plan?
  2. How many concurrent requests are supported and are there specific limits for each plan?
  3. What is the avg/P90 latency for generating a 2-min video and does this vary by plan?
  4. Are there any restrictions on total video minutes (other than monthly api credits) that can be processed hourly/daily?
  5. For the Enterprise plan, are additional features like custom SLAs, higher capacity or priority processing included?
  6. What happens in the case of failed requests – do retries count against API limits and how is this typically handled?

Is there any guidance or documentation for scaling usage in high-volume scenarios?
