3rd party voice not showing up when adding voice in a project

Hello, I just used the ElevenLabs API key to upload the voices. They have appeared. But when I go in to make a new project, I cannot see the third-party voice when I go to Script and then choose a voice - it is not under my voices or heygen library and then when I go to third party it just shows me the active api key without further option
