Question about Template Duration and Script Automation
Hi everyone,
I have a 2-minute video template consisting of two scenes:
The first scene is a 10-second intro, which is always fixed.
The second scene is an avatar delivering daily news. While the avatar speaks, news headlines appear as subtitles below.
I’ve set a fixed 20 headlines to display one after the other, so the total video duration matches the 2-minute template. I’ve added a pause in the script during the intro and then used a variable {{script}} for the avatar’s dialogue in the second scene, which gets dynamically generated.
Here’s the issue: The script is automatically generated by ChatGPT and sent via Zapier using the "create video from template" automation. However, the video stopped at 2 minutes, and the generated script was longer than the template duration.
Is there a way to ensure that the script matches the 2-minute limit or adjust the subtitles and avatar dialogue to fit the template duration?
Alternatively, is there a way to automatically adjust the avatar scene to fit the script length?
Thanks in advance for your help!
