I have a business scenario for which i am interested in using Heygen , i need to know how interactive is the video for a dynamic situation

a. Use Natural Language Processing (NLP) to analyse conversation patterns in real time and identify missed or vague responses, indication of confusion, or physical or mental health concerns such as signs of mental health issues (e.g., anxiety, depression), excess stress, or physical conditions (e.g., respiratory changes) that may indicate a virtual agent assessment is not appropriate.
b. Generate personalized follow-up questions dynamically during the conversation.

c. Detect subtle physical or emotional cues during video calls using computer vision and sentiment analysis.
d. Analyse video and audio data to identify unreported or undiagnosed comorbidities, such as signs of undiagnosed or increased mental health issues (e.g., anxiety, depression), excess stress, or physical conditions (e.g., respiratory changes, cognitive disturbance, obesity, diabetes).
e. Based on responses, identify potential needs and discern urgency of those needs.

f. Recommend tailored interventions based on member data, existing resources such as caregivers and services already in place, and social determinants (e.g., suggesting transportation services for follow-up visits). Indicate which interventions may be more likely to be adopted and successful.
g. Monitor member adherence and engagement using wearable or home-monitoring device data, with automated alerts for non-adherence


so these are all dynamic responses. what I need to know is that will Heygen be able to send notification to be so i can generate a runtime response based on the patients interaction

or can i code if and else condition using Heygen SDK
