When I try to use Interactive Avatar, it shows ”Failed to start session: Concurrent limit reached, please make sure you have closed other testing sessions under the same account.”
Trying to close the session using the information below, but does not work.

I recently created a custom interactive avatar and this happened. Now, I cannot use any interactive avatars including the custom one.
