We recently created and embedded interactive avatar on our webpage, but we've encountered some functionality problems over the past week:

1. Keyboard input is not working
2. Voice input is not functioning across different language settings

Could you please advise if there have been any recent system changes or if these are known issues?

We'd appreciate any information or guidance on resolving these problems.
