1. Is there any way to generate an avatar with the v2 endpoint and have the background be completely transparent? I only see the color, image, and video option. The only workaround I see is using a third party background remover or trying to use a green screen with a chroma key.
2. If I create a template on HeyGen where the background is transparent and the avatar is in front of a custom background that I put, then I try to use the template with an API, does it keep the transparency? If so, how does this work?
3. I tried to use the .webm create avatar endpoint as well, but I keep getting the error "Please subscribe to higher plan to generate higher resolution videos - Resolution not allowed". I saw a previous post about this and he was advised to upgrade to the scale plan, but there was no update when he did. Is this the only way to use this endpoint?
