Prevent charges for Avatar ideal time

Hi,

As per information provided, It was confirmed that the Avatar usage charge calculation has been changed from Charge per minute of active use to Session duration charges(including ideal time between to subsequent messages). Can you confirm on below queries regarding the same.

  1. What is considered as active use? Is it only Avatar speech duration?
  2. How can we prevent charges for Avatar ideal time i.e. when avatar is in session but not speaking?
