I am currently subscribed to the Team plan, but I’m experiencing an issue where the interactive avatar session disconnects after approximately 10 minutes. When I establish the session, the StartAvatarResponse details are as follows:

is_paid: false
sdp: null
session_duration_limit: 600
session_id: "ffa754dd-9ccb-11ef-b4f2-26c9d1228445"
url: "wss://heygen-feapbkvq.livekit.cloud"
I expected is_paid to be set to true and session_duration_limit to be unlimited, given the Team plan. Could you please advise on how to address this issue?
