Dear HeyGen Team,

I have a custom interactive avatar created through HeyGen's service, and I would like to inquire about the possibility of adjusting some of its default animation behaviors.

I have noted two specific movements that I would like to modify:

1. The head shake movement (horizontal head motion) appears too frequent/strong
2. The blinking pattern of the avatar seems unnatural and I would like to adjust its frequency

Is it possible to fine-tune these specific animation parameters for my custom avatar? If modifications are possible, I would appreciate information about:

• The process for requesting such adjustments
• Any limitations or guidelines for animation modifications
• Associated costs or timeline for these changes
