Calling send task results in error code 40099

This was the response I got when I made a post API call on sending a task. I'm facing an issue with sending tasks. I tried the temporary solution suggested for a different problem (fetching avatar lists), which involved closing and reopening the session. However, this workaround did not resolve the issue with sending tasks.
