Have credits but still - Failed to start session: Trial API limit reached, please upgrade your plan for formal usage

Hi,

I have checked and i have credit:

Current plan
creator
API credits
2,998.4 credits

I am still getting this message when using the "embed in HTML:" code in the index .. (it used to work and then it suddenly stopped) .

I have tried also to use the "none trial" API TOKEN, and then its not working at all ..

A very weird issue .. can anybody help? Iv'e been trying to speak to "support" but they told me its fixed (which clearly is not the case) - anyone else encounters this issue ?
