can a interactive avatar end a conversation and how to get full transcription?

I have an Interactive Avatar, and I'm giving it instructions in the knowledge base to ask a list of questions, follow-ups, and instructions to end the conversation.

The user can always end the session and that's ok, but there is a way for the avatar to trigger an event to end the conversation?

Also, how to get the full transcript of the conversation at the end of the session? I can see the possible events, and the information received but I'm not seeing the text, is there other operation in the API for that?
