Custom chat/RAG flow for the interactive avatar

Hi! Just evaluated heygen interactive avatar features in the past few weeks. I noticed that this seems an all-in-one product which combines RAG, STT, TTS, avatar. While this might looks powerful but it's rather limited for users already having an text chat bot and just want to amplify it with heygen's latest technologies. Any possible in the near future the responses of an interactive avatar could be user provided in a word by word basis?
