API limits

Good afternoon, I want to generate several hundred videos via API with one video avatar, which I will create in advance in the web interface. These videos will be differentiated only by the name that the video avatar pronounces.

My questions:

  1. I would like to know the API limits because API requests can come in large numbers, for example 500 per hour
  2. If the voice is recorded (synthesized) in advance in the web interface, can I use the API to change the text that will be in the video?
  3. Is it possible to send a photo through API, which, for example, will appear briefly at the beginning of the video and at the end?
