I have Issues with Crate my Avatar

I'm trying to create my avatar and upload a 3-minute video. I am following all the conditions you have specified. However, when I confirm my identity by reading the text aloud and try to create the avatar, the loading bar stays at 0%, and after about 20 seconds, I'm redirected back to the homepage. "This webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred". I'm using the Google Chrome browser. What am I doing wrong?
