How do I fix this error and why is it occuring?

Locally, when I debug my project, the microphone works properly and all good, when I deploy it on IIS and try to open it, the microphone sign on the browser tab is shown, but the microphone itself is not.

This is the error I get in the console:

https://localhost:7001/static.heygen.ai/static/streaming.proto 404 (Not Found)

please not that this publish is on my device, I am using it to learn about heygen and interactive avatars.
