Are the links getting stripped out when creating a custom knowledge base on the HeyGen interactive avatar demo UI?

When I make subsequent edits, I no longer see them in there? Also, when I check https://api2.heygen.com/v1/streaming/knowledge_base/list to grab the ID, I don't see them referenced in the payload.

While we're on the topic, any documentation on how this is supposed to work? Is it RAG-like? Can you load more than one? Any particular formats that work best? Thanks for all the help!

PS - I'm trying to low-code my way into a custom avatar with the Next.JS repo since trying to call another LLM's API is just a bit over my head, technically speaking. Ideally, I'd load up an OpenAI Assistants ID as I'd seen on another thread, but I was unable to figure that one out and the author of the Github repo that was shared said I needed a HeyGen enterprise account-level API key 🤷.
