I am currently using the service with a Creator subscription. However, I have recently encountered an issue where Avatar videos are no longer being generated. The message "awaiting processing - upgrade to skip the line" appears, and clicking on it redirects me to the product purchase page.

I suspect this might be because I have used up my allocated quota. However, the product terms include "Unlimited video generations (Create and edit as many videos as you need with unlimited video generation)." I understood this to mean that I can generate videos without any limitations.

Could you please clarify this for me? I would appreciate it if you could ensure that I am able to generate videos without restrictions.
