1% processing, taking forever?

Hi everyone, including HeyGen staff. I'm getting a 1% processing button on my translations after 2 days of perfect uploads with 99% instant processing times. It feels like everything is stuck now and nothing is advancing. Is there a way to resolve this issue? Thanks for all your help! Chris
