Unable to list Interactive Avatar Voices in API

I believe we are an "Enterprise plan" API user, we have purchased Interative Avatar credits.

Using the above API call we are seeing:

"Please upgrade to Enterprise plan to use this feature."

We are able to use an Interactive Avatar through the API, but unable to list the voices.
