Unable to create new instant avatar

I am trying to create a new avatar. A have experience doing this, I have done it many times.

But now after I record the consent video, it stays on the validation step of the consent video (the one that says it takes between 10 and 20 seconds) and stays there forever.

Already tried different browser, restarted the computer, tried with other video and with other person (and other language too) and it always freezes in that step.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
