My Video not rendering in my dashboard in V2

Created test video through api and got response as 200 OK and Video id is "ba6c802a4de4418f84272c1fdc0dfaf8".

In my heygen dashboard, When i tried to view the generated video , its says video render failed , we are looking into the issue. Kindly check the same and also i tried to get generated video through the API "https://api.heygen.com/v1/video_status.get?video_id=ba6c802a4de4418f84272c1fdc0dfaf8" , the response of this api just returning status and video info , i need to download the generated video through api. kindly let me know the api in latest V2 version
