Video translation - tone of voice and proofread

Hello - I've uploaded my video and clicked on the "proofread" button, but it's only prompting me to purchase a membership, even though I've already done so.

Additionally, when attempting to translate a video into French, not only are the translations inaccurate, but the accent is Canadian French. I'm unable to locate where I can adjust this, as I'm only given one French option in the dropdown menu.
