Faceswap with trial token

I can't seem to upload a replacement face using the endpoint: POST https://upload.heygen.com/v1/face. I get the following response: {"code":400562,"message":"forbidden"}. I am using the trial token currently to investigate this API before deciding if I should integrate it into my app but I can't seem to get the faceswap working.

Does the trial token work with the endpoints:

POST https://api.heygen.com/v1/image/faceswap
POST https://upload.heygen.com/v1/face
